CE-marking for geosynthetics was made compulsory in 2002 (except for erosion control materials). The CE marking certifies that a product corresponds to the product specific European guidelines for defined applications and functions (separation, filtration, reinforcement, barrier, protection and drainage). All JUTA UK materials are CE marked for the relevant applications and functions.
